The National Institute & Association for Minorities (NIAM) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2016. Our mission is to help underprivileged youth who live in poverty have access to higher education by providing grants, scholarships and training. By making these opportunities accessible, we believe this will lead to a better life for them and their families and create a new generation of leaders.
NIAM also provides professional services for minorities and women who lack the confidence, strength or financial security to care for their families and advance in life. We offer counseling, emotional support, educational workshops and career guidance. By providing these services, we hope to creative positive change that will enable them to become better versions of themselves while strengthening our community.
